TRENDS SEEN AT MILAN FASHION WEEK
From February 22nd to the 28th it was finally time for Milan Fashion Week again. For seven days there are Fashion Shows and presentations in different locations in Milan showing the latest trends for Fall/Winter 2022. Together with cities such as New York or Paris, Milan belongs to the capitals of fashion by hosting more than 170 fashion events. Some of the highlights are brands like FENDI, Prada or GUCCI.
We from Copenhagen Studios visited the Milan Fashion Week as well and want to share some of the upcoming trends with you. Moreover, we did a street style shooting with @Veroniaferraro and @Sonialyson to capture the fashion trends and talked to some of our Italian influencers about the latest trends they’ve seen in Milan.
Trend Colours
When it comes to colours, we recognized a few shades that we will probably see a lot during the next year and we absolutely fell in love with all the bright looks that we saw on the Streets of Milan. In Flavia’s eyes this years’ trending color is blue. She especially likes the combination of black and blue.
Other colours we recognized quite often is bright barbie pink and green like @Sonialyson is wearing it. We love the combination with our beloved CPH774 canvas white.
Besides pink it was also orange that we saw quite a lot. @Sonialyson combined her CPH461 leather mix butter with an orange leather trenchcoat.
Fabrics
In terms of texture all-over-leather will definitely be an upcoming trend. Brands like Diesel or Prada for example focused on leather trenchcoats. Our Italian Influencer @Veronicaferraro also combined her CPH812 vitello white/black to an all-over leather look – We are totally in love with that stunning combination!
We asked the Italian Influencer @__sharonamato what trend she recognized quite a lot and, in her eyes, chiffon and minimal elegance will be a big thing.
The Italian Fashion Influencer @vanessadaylife styled her CPH780 vitello black with a black chiffon skirt. What a stunning outfit!
