ONE DAY AT COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

Hi guys, my name is Erik Scholz and I’m a Berlin based Fashion content creator. I’ve just been to Copenhagen Fashion Week and wanted to give you a little glimpse of what I’ve been wearing and about what I saw on the runways. Copenhagen always awaits me with the most inventing and unique styles since people in Copenhagen seem to not worry about what other people might think. 

LOOK 1 

Let’s start with the first look where I styled the CPH161 leather mix white. It’s such a classic sneaker so I thought of styling it in a classic way as well. I wore a oversized washed out jeans, added a black and tight turtle neck and my eye catcher was definitely the oversized greyish coat that you’ll definitely need during fashion week in January. Because it was raining at some points I added a classic beanie and some accessories in silver such as a statement chain and my little over the shoulder bag – et voila.

LOOK 2 

For the second look I’m wearing a more extravagant look since I styled the CPH196 vitello white green in almost full white with a little green touch. When styling outfits I always try to involve not too much color so I repeated the green in my crossbody bag. I also styled very silver shining pants , that I got during Paris Fashion Week and added a simple black hoodie and a vintage leather jacket that I got in New York last year. All in all this was a very comfortable but also stylish look – the perfect combination in my opinion.

FALL WINTER TRENDS 2023 

I saw quite a few repeating trends during Copenhagen Fashion Week where the upcoming Fall Winter collections for 2023 were being presented. I saw a lot of Cowboy hats and wild west inspired belts and denim fits. Other then that the color range between lime and matcha green was a big theme for this seasons shows. Another trend that I saw were leather pieces, no matter in which way – coats, sets, pants or even shirts. In general two materials are big for the upcoming season – leather and denim. Denim especially in two sets was often seen. So better be prepared for the upcoming season!
