Shipping

All orders placed through the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS Online Store are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an email from us with a link to track the shipment so that you are informed when your package will arrive.
Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.
We ship all deliveries with DHL.
Shipping is free of charge and possible within the European Union.

Return

You can simply return your ordered goods to the COPENHAGEN STUDIOS online store within 30 days of receipt.
The return within Germany is free of charge for you. Please use the enclosed return label.
If you cannot find one in the package or have misplaced the label, please use this link to generate a free return label: DHL return
For international returns, please contact our Customer Care Team for a free return label. The following countries are excluded: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Cyprus.
Attach the label to your return so that it is clearly visible and simply drop the package off at a post office. With the provided return shipment number, you can track when the package has arrived back to us.
As soon as your return has been checked, we will refund the invoice amount within 10 working days.
The amount will be refunded to you via the originally selected payment method (PayPal, credit card).
The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing – for example, as is usual in a shop for trying on.

Discount and promotion codes

If you wish to redeem a discount code, you can enter it in the “Voucher and promotion codes” field before completing your order.
Discount codes cannot be combined. In this case, the higher discount value always applies.
The discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
If the goods you have received do not meet your expectations and you would like to return them, please contact our Customer Care team to receive a new discount code.
