SNEAKER & SUMMER DRESSES – Copenhagen Studios Streetstyle Shooting

This summer, we are focusing especially on this fashion trend: Dresses and sneaker! If you haven’t taken your winter clothes out of the wardrobe yet, you should quickly make space for some breezy dresses and unpack your summer sneaker. We love variation and due to this years versatility of trends, there should be the perfect combination for everyone. With a perfect matching sneaker, chic dresses can easily be transformed into a casual everyday look.

Together with our streetstyle photographer Jeremy Moeller we have shot the different looks in the beautiful city Cologne and give you inspiration for the two trend pieces of this season. Jeremy Moeller is one of the most popular streestyle photographers in Germany. He is living in Berlin, where life takes place on the street and fashion trends were born.

THE COLOUR-BOMB DRESS

Shocking-green is our trend colour this Spring/Summer. It’s the time to think big and dare to wear exciting dresses. What about this one in a bright green? Be aware that your green piece has to be the focus and should be combined with a clean sneaker coloured in white or beige and some cute socks with ruffles or sporty tennis socks. Whether green or another bright colour, the radiant colours make the dress an eye-catcher. The german Influencer Justine Schluetter wears an oversized green dress of the spring/summer collection from COS. To create a contrast she has chosen our CPH60 in vitello white. The bag from Bottega underlines the look in a simple but significant way. It’s the perfect dress to set a statement.

THE SIMPLE SHIRT DRESS

You are more of a casual type and prefer simple outfits? A shirtdress is a perfect allrounder, as you can choose between an elegant or an easy way to wear. Combined with a blazer for example you can pimp it up to a business look. Girlboss Michi Brandl wears a beige shirt dress from COS and combined the sneaker CPH461 calf in white from our speed to spring collection. White tennis socks should of course not be missing.

THE CHECKED PATTERN DRESS

It’s the romantic pattern that reminds us of the Provence, but in black and grey, the look turns into a cool everyday streetstyle look, as Justine Schluetter shows with a dress by Balenciaga. The oversize cut and the buttons are based on a casual blouse, which is also a big theme this summer. To complete the look, pair it with a sporty hoodie and our CPH113 vitello black. With it’s high shaft the shoes flatter the legs und complete the outfit. Take you fav bag -we love the one from from Prada- and you are ready for the streets of your city.

PLAIN-COLOURED SILK DRESS

A moment of surprise is achieved when something unexpectedly restrained suddenly shines. And by nothing more than it’s pure simplicity. This Spring/Summer silk dresses made it to a fashion trend! We love plain-coloured silk dresses that consist of only one material and do not stand out with embellishments or a short mini length. Rather, it is the simple elegance that stands for discreet restraint despite the shiny fabric. The german Influencer Carmen Kroll wears a dark brown silk dress from Cos and combines it with a beige trenchcoat and the close-fitting sneaker CPH113 vitello eggshell, made of smooth leather with elastic inserts and pull loops.

DENIM DRESS

All time fav! Denim has always been a big theme, but this season in a different way. This spring/summer, the denim look is presented as a dress with an oversized cut, a special neckline and slits on the site. Styled with our CPH461, a cool Cap from Ralph Laurent and a hoodie it is a fashionable look. The look  shows how varied the outfits and styling possibilities of basic pieces like a denim dress are. Above all, denim stands for the longevity of a garment.
