COPENHAGEN STUDIOS GOES VIENNA – CITY GUIDE & INFLUENCER TALK

On the beautiful streets of Vienna – where culture, art and history come together. We staged the brand new Copenhagen Studios styles with the street style photographer Jeremy Moeller and the two Influencers @christinabiluca & @soniaheartsfashion. We went through the most famous streets of the Austrian capital & collected the most exciting spots for you.

Hofburg: The ,,Hofburg Vienna” Is one of the largest palace complexes in the world. It houses numerous museums with outstanding collections, the largest part of the Austrian National Library, a congress center and the seat of the Austrian Federal President. The complex is particularly interesting because its main buildings reflect more than 700 years of architectural history. The Hofburg shows many different architectural styles, from Gothic to Renaissance, Baroque to Rococo and a touch of Classicism. It’s a very famous shooting Spot in Vienna, because of the 59 hectare area which offers a variety of background scenery.

Café Palmenhaus am Burggarten: The Palm House cafe is located on the edge of the garden of the Vienna Hofburg, just around the corner from the museum Albertina and the State Opera. From the wonderful sun terrace you look directly into the green spaces of the ,,Burggarten”. The outdoor café seating is very popular on the summer days. Inside, between palm trees and many exotic plants, you can enjoy your meal of traditional pastries or a ,,Wiener Schnitzel”.

Bösendorfer Street/Akademie Street: The Street is full of beautiful apartments and it’s well located. You need 10 minutes by feet to the Naschmarkt – the popular food market of Vienna – 13 minutes to the Hofburg & Albertina Museum and only 5 minutes to the Karlsplatz, where you have the best connections by public transport. Furthermore, at this location you can take the perfect Street style shots. The bright buildings and the open street provide the perfect lighting conditions, so we also shot some looks in this beautiful scenery. But not only the buildings, also the railway or zebra crossings can be optimally integrated for a fantastic Street style picture.

INFLUENCER TALK – HOTSPOTS OF THE CITY & STYLING TIPPS

We used the time in-between location changes for a short interview with Christina and Sonia. What are their hotspots in the city & what trends are currently most important for them? The answer are all here:

Whats your current Go-to-Look?

Sonia: During summer, it’s always a denim shorts, a rolled-up white T-shirt and matching boots or sneakers.

Christina: What always works is a pair of mom jeans with a cropped jumper, preferably in black, and the perfect boots or sneakers.

Whats your favorite Shooting Spot in Vienna and why?

Sonia: My favorite spot for a perfecr shooting day called „Karlsplatz“. If the weather is good, you always have perfect lighting conditions. The location is clean, thats why every outfit can be perfectly staged.

Christina: „Schloss Belverdere“ – due to its different corners it is very versatile so you don’t have to change the location very often.

Whats your secret hotspot in Vienna?

Sonia: The restaurant „Zur Alten Kaisermühle“. In addition to the delicious food, it has a fantastic ambience, as you can sit directly next to the water. But the “Leopoldsberg“ is also a secret spot, from where you have a great view over Vienna.

Christina: When it’s about food, then definitely the „IKI“ restaurant at the „Erste Campus“. You also have to go to the “Alte Donau”, there are beautiful places that are great for a picnic.

Whats your It-Piece for the perfect autumn look?

Sonia: Definitely a black blazer, it matches with everything!

Christina: An oversized blazer, preferably in beige or black.
